The staff were most helpful and qualified; almost all spoke english fluently. The advised and organized tours made op to their promises. The room was comfortabel, big and clean. Not a negative thing to say really.

The bathroom was below average and the breakfast room was very hot and not attractive to sit. The atmosphere in the hotel was not very cozy.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and gave a lot of useful information, they really looked after their guests. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the lake, the old town, the french quarter, easy walking distance to any place of interest.

very friendly people, got extra breakfast when arriving from our night flight on the first morning. they gave a very nice christmass eve -drink for all the staff and guests. It was a family-experience ! Very central location in the center of the old hanoi.

The computer in the room is great. Employees are helpful and nice and give a very valuable assistance in booking the visit tours.
Rooms are noisy and not well cleaned regularly. Lot of dust behind the curtain.

Great bathroom and super cozy beds in this spot⭐. the room might be on the smaller side, but it's got everything you need for a comfy stay.

The hotel itself was clean and well-kept, but it was the staff that made it memorable. They were very helpful and treated me like an old friend. Next time I go back to Hanoi I will stay at the Jasmine again, and hopefully I will have time to take advantage of some of the tours they offer.

The staff were incredibly friendly, personable, helpful, keen to do the best and they work as a team. Regardless of what time of day or query we posed, they made the bricks a mortar our Hanoi home
If there were any deficiencies, the staff eclipsed them.
